A. All prices shown are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

Q. Do you supply a receipt?
A. Yes we provide an Australian tax invoice. International orders may be subject to tax exempt pricing. We will confirm this by email when providing shipping costs.

Q. Who do I contact if I have questions?

Q. Do you have a returns policy?
A. Yes, under certain conditions items that are not suitable may be returned for a refund. (excluding shipping costs).

Q. Do you have a physical location I can visit?
A. Yes we a fully stocked showroom that customers can visit. Located in Newcastle NSW our site information is listed in the ‘About Us’ menu.

Q. When will the goods be despatched?
A. Most orders are sent daily if they are received and payment processed by 2:00pm Eastern Australia Time. NB: This applies only to shelf stock items. Customers will be notified by email of items that will have longer shipping times.

Q. How do you process international orders?
A. Due to our vast range of products and subsequent distributor agreements some of our goods are not available to our international customers. We will advise accordingly by email and regret any inconvenience.
