Tyson has been a valued member of the ovesco team for just over a year, his role as Sales Coordinator involves assisting customers with their product inquiries and orders. Tyson is also currently undertaking a Certificate III in Business Studies to further develop his skills in this field.
One of Tyson's favourite aspects of his job is the sense of teamwork that he feels with his co-workers and customers. He values the respect that he receives from both parties and enjoys being able to contribute to the success of the company.
Tyson's proudest moment so far at ovesco was when he helped a customer to such a degree that they felt compelled to leave a compliment about his service on social media. This feedback demonstrates Tyson's commitment to providing excellent customer service and making a difference in people's lives.
When it comes to his favourite product, Tyson has a deep appreciation for gas struts. Despite not having any prior knowledge about them before starting at ovesco, he has since become an expert in this area and takes pleasure in installing them for customers himself to ensure that they fit perfectly.
Outside of work, Tyson enjoys a variety of hobbies, including playing board games with his friends and family, going to the beach or zoo, and generally spending time outdoors. He also has a hidden talent for playing poker and other strategic games.
Tyson was born in Maitland, and he currently resides in Raymond Terrace. He is someone who admires his fiancée, as she brings out the best in him and supports him in all aspects of his life.
