Finding long term staff at ovesco is surprisingly normal (for current times) and Jim is a good example of this, building 8 years of knowledge with our products and customers. Starting with a wealth of trade experience assisting our counter customers and their automotive paint needs, Jim’s enthusiasm and ability has enabled him to progress through such roles as operations manager to his current responsibility of NSW Store Manager.
Having contacts from local manufacturers, suppliers and importing and Jim’s talent to piece it all together enables ovesco to supply our customers with quality products at competitive prices in a time frame required for their projects. Managing his internal sales team, as well as warehousing and despatch staff, Jim is very much a person with his finger on the pulse and a great contact to co-ordinate these people into satisfying our clients’ expectations.
Obviously Jim is committed to his involvement with ovesco and whilst he is keen on Trivia in the lunch room and at his local through the week, it is his personal achievements in Cricket that will engage him the most.
